Don't make excuses you just do it if Erexcin Erexcin Erexcin Erexcin you make a mistake there's a punishment and same thing with the religion I grew up and you know if you weren't perfect and you sinned then there was some type of punishment to where I felt shamed I felt guilt and so I'm a whole life for plus years was surrounded by guilt and shame because here.
